THE COMPANY
arias gmbh was founded in 1965 in Radevormwald as a plastics processing company. Increasing specialization and the know-how gained in the process led the company to concentrate on the manufacture of high-quality wet processing equipment from 1982 onwards. At its current location in Schwerte, arias has modern production facilities covering a total of 1320 m2 with approx. 80 m2 of integrated class 4 clean room in accordance with ISO 14644-1 (class 10,000 US Federal Standard 209e).
Our administration and development department are located on approx. 120 m2 of office space. In order to be able to supply our customers with high-quality products in the future, production is continuously modernized.
The further training of our employees is just as important to us as efficient quality control and new and more effective processing technologies. The resulting flexibility and reliability are the cornerstones of our success. Consistent customer orientation is very important to us.
QUALITY
Quality must meet the highest standards with the aim of achieving the greatest possible customer satisfaction. This is why we align our quality standards with the expectations and ideas of our customers.
A recurring clientele, which is constantly expanding, reflects the high level of trust in the high-quality implementation of plant and process engineering in laboratory construction and confirms our entire team's approach to date.
EMPLOYEES
It is our employees who make up the company. We are aware of this, which is why we treat our employees fairly and in a spirit of partnership. This principle is the prerequisite for the long-term success of the company.
Employee co-determination and an open and transparent dialog with all employees are the prerequisites for continuously increasing the value of the company.
Health and safety in the workplace has the highest priority. Awareness of occupational health and safety provides the basis for the continuous improvement and expansion of occupational safety measures with a future-oriented perspective.
Training and instruction keep employees up to date and contribute to safety-conscious thinking and action. This statement applies not only to in-house occupational safety, but also to the safety of the products manufactured by Arias GmbH.
