Our wet bench equipment is specially designed for the production of microelectronic components and research laboratories and offers individually configured, stable workstations made of high-quality solid materials.

EFFICIENT WET BENCH SYSTEMS FOR MICROELECTRONICS

The main areas of application for our wet bench equipment are in the production of microelectronic components and in research and development laboratories.

The basic bodies of the wet bench workstations are made of solid material (e.g. PP, PPs, CPVC, etc.) in a stable welded construction and allow the equipment to be individually configured.

For optimum efficiency, the process tanks are usually installed next to each other in the tables.
All equipment has already been tested in our clean room, so that the process tables are delivered to our customers fully installed and only need to be connected to the on-site connections for supply and disposal.

Our systems also focus on efficiency and safety during operation. All harmful gases and vapors are extracted to the outside via an edge extraction system and table tray. Electrical and externally powered equipment complies with the safety standards for technical work equipment.

THE PLANT

The systems themselves are protected against harmful influences. For example, sensitive parts such as operating buttons or control and monitoring devices are safely installed behind a drip rail.
