LAMINAR FLOW UNITS FOR HIGH-PURITY WORK AREAS

Many areas in industry and in research and development, e.g. semiconductor production, nanotechnology, microsystems technology, etc., place the highest demands on ultra-clean rooms and work areas. arias laminar flow units create "clean working areas" that are distinguished from the general environment by their high air quality.

The mode of operation is identical for all LF units. Room air is passed through high-performance filter elements and cleaned. Low-turbulence displacement flows then flush the work area free of particles.
Particles generated during the process or released by the product are carried away by the extracted air flow and flushed out of the work area.

AUTOMATIC AIR CONTROL FOR MAXIMUM SAFETY

To ensure 100% functionality, the air speed is permanently monitored and the blower output is kept continuously within the target range with automatic readjustment.
